Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a talented Software Support Engineer to reputed company remote, second level customer support with reputed company's Customer Service team. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with the development team, and providing training sessions for customers on software usage.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve reputed company issues
- Document and reputed company customer issues and problems
- Assist in the creation of support documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
- Conduct training sessions for customers on software usage
- Travel approximately 5% of the time to different customer locations and reputed company locations in the reputed company
- Participate in an on-call rotation during non-business hours
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field)
- Proven experience in software support or a similar role
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with reputed company / MS SQL databases
- Experience with reputed company operating systems
- Material handling experience
- Experience with Java, C, C#, or Python
