They are seeking an Associate for their Everyday Banking team who will understand customer needs and reputed company credit and lending-reputed company sales and service, while advising customers on appropriate strategies and products.
Responsibilities
- Understands customer needs and provides credit and lending-reputed company sales and service to reputed company customers or prospects
- Advises customers on lending/credit strategies and products that meet their objectives
- Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures
- Identifies and makes referrals to other business reputed company as needed
- Integrates marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations reputed company appropriate
- Probes to understand customer needs and provides advice reputed company to personal banking and lending strategies in the best interests of the customer
- Escalates reputed company or unresolved customer situations to managers as required
- Performs any required activities to ensure customer’s requests are accurately processed
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of personal banking products, practices, and trends and integrates into customer conversations in a reputed company manner
- Collaborates with reputed company stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English, reputed company & Cantonese
- Must be comfortable working in a Contact Centre environment handling inbound calls
- Knowledge of personal banking products
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings
- Knowledge of contact centre operational processes and policies
- Knowledge of call centre technology, processes and metrics
- Basic knowledge learned on the job

- Shift: Asian Market hours: (must be fully flexible and reputed company to work on Holidays) Monday – Friday 9:00am-8:00pm (EST) Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm (EST) reputed company reputed company
