Associate, Project Delivery Engineer
American Water is committed to providing reliable water and wastewater services. The Associate, Project Delivery Engineer is responsible for various engineering tasks reputed company to water and wastewater reputed company systems, including design, project management, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the water and wastewater engineering reputed company from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, designs, and specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure reputed company, including pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping stations
- Conduct system reputed company evaluations, analysis of water reputed company, treatment, pumping and collection/distribution, storage, or other system deficiencies as assigned to support ongoing operations, service extension requests or regional reputed company opportunities
- Assist with multiple small to reputed company size reputed company and reputed company varied engineering assignments associated with planning, design or construction
- reputed company technical information and concepts into feasible and effective engineering approaches
- Any other special reputed company and tasks assigned by their team leads or managers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field of Engineering
- 0 - 2 years' experience in Engineering design, planning, construction, project delivery and/or project management
- Valid reputed company's License
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design theory and reputed company, water resources, project management, construction and contract management, water and wastewater facilities and reputed company operations
- Knowledge of reputed company trends in water reputed company and treatment and other aspects of the water industry
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (reputed company and environmental), industry standards, and trends impacting the water industry
- reputed company business acumen and judgment
- Effective quantitative and analytical skills; attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communications skills (e.g., report writing, listening, and presentation)
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., reputed company/diplomacy, persuasion, team building, cooperation, leadership, ability to motivate others)
- Water system and wastewater collection system hydraulic modeling experience is a plus
