[Remote] Retention Strategist - DTC eCommerce (US-Based, Remote) Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Own the retention reputed company across your reputed company portfolio - flows, campaigns, segmentation, SMS, and lifecycle health
- Use data to identify the highest-reputed company opportunities in reputed company account and build a reputed company plan to capture them
- Brief and reputed company your pod (email specialist + designer) so execution runs without you being in the weeds

Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on reputed company experience managing DTC eCommerce accounts - flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability
