Telephone Interviewer (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Telephone Interviewer who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers, verifying application and policy information while creating reputed company connections. The role involves communication with customers and documentation of interactions to support the reputed company department.
Responsibilities
- Respond, reputed company, connect, and communicate as a skilled call center reputed company with reputed company, accurate information with the objective of making a reputed company, lasting impression
- reputed company verification of policy information reputed company telephone, speaking directly to insureds
- reputed company and reputed company information regarding driving history and other pertinent risk factors used to determine an applicant's suitability for insurance products offered by NYCM
- reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company transactions and interactions on appropriate technical system
- Complete written and verbal communications with reputed company customers
- Complete incoming and outgoing telephonic interactions with customers (policy reputed company, agents etc.)
- Maintain working knowledge of basic insurance and specific NYCM personal automobile, assigned risk, De-Pop, and umbrella policies
- Cross training reputed company the duties of a customer service representative level one – primarily, but not limited to, the understanding of NYCM accounts process and reputed company
- Assist with training of interviewer position
- Assist with special reputed company
- Maintain working knowledge of reputed company processes and procedures as they pertain to the interviewer needs
- Other duties as assigned

- GED
- Experience in a service field
- High service orientation with reputed company outlook
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing
