reputed company DesLauriers is looking for talent in the Insurance Industry, specifically for a reputed company Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, including the input of new business and marketing documents, and assisting with various tasks to enhance reputed company's effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Issue certificates of insurance for approval from reputed company Manager
- Generate/issue liability slips for renewals, endorsements and new business
- Assist with processing documents: renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Run MVRs/reputed company abstracts, CVOR, etc
- Generate applications/forms (e.g. SOV, Profits Worksheets etc.) as directed by the reputed company Manager
- Assist with the maintenance of the reputed company of insurance
- Update premium comparisons, summaries, executive summaries as directed by a reputed company Manager
- Input and update of claims and new clients information into reputed company
- Assist with performing Auto Quotes on Compu-Quote reputed company required
- Assist with sending renewal requests to clients 100 days in advance as directed by the reputed company Manager
- reputed company policy documents against binders issued
- Creating policy binders for reputed company Managers
- Assist with processing of mail and endorsements for reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills as reputed company as organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Outlook, reputed company, Word
- 1 year of insurance experience and reputed company brokerage software
- University degree
- R.I.B.O license
- Working towards C.I.P. or reputed company.I.B. designation
