Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Work with reputed company and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes
- Collaborate with other reputed company coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes
- Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during reputed company recruitment term
