Part-Time Customer Service Representative (SLF Call Center Operator)
reputed company is seeking temporary part-time customer service representatives for the Spotted Lanternfly Call Center. The role involves serving as the first reputed company of contact for reporting sightings and providing information, while maintaining a reputed company image of the call center.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted reputed company Fly sighting and/or looking for additional information and resources
- Maintaining the overall operation and reputed company image of the customer-reputed company call center
- Respond to and refer customer questions and/or needs, reputed company appropriate responses/services for the situation, and refer to other department(s)/unit(s) reputed company necessary
- Assist with any required reporting with the College SLF team, reputed company Department of Agriculture, and/or reputed company Department of Agriculture
