The role involves preparing reputed company estate documents, conducting property research, and communicating with property owners regarding right of way acquisition.
Responsibilities

- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare reputed company estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition

Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Must include reputed company / electric reputed company experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Valid reputed company's License
- Works reputed company and effectively under tight deadlines
