[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The role involves resolving incoming calls, making outgoing calls, following through on emails, and updating claims, while emphasizing organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

- Answers the phone and assists in resolving reputed company questions and concerns
- Checks and returns reputed company voicemails and email correspondence daily
- Maintains our Employer database by managing an abundant reputed company of reputed company-changing information reputed company to payer rules, regulations, reimbursement and authorizations
- Reviews accounts and insurance EOB's to ensure accurate processing and payment posting
- Assists with other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years recent experience in a call center, preferably in the medical field
- reputed company reputed company ID, WA or OR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- reputed company experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
