Learning Experience Specialist
reputed company is one of the largest retail reputed company business support organizations in the U.S., dedicated to improving reputed company experiences. They are seeking a Learning Experience Specialist who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the delivery of learning programs, ensuring an outstanding learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end learning events—in-person and virtual—ensuring a seamless, outstanding learner experience from reputed company-event preparation through program reputed company
- Serve as the primary learner-facing reputed company throughout in-person programs, creating a welcoming environment and delivering reputed company support that prioritizes participant accessibility and engagement
- Prepare event logistics, including printed materials, swag, room configurations, and program-specific setup, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully anticipated and flawlessly executed
- reputed company as the on-site hub for day-of operations, managing learner reputed company-in, reputed company navigation as needed (and in partnership with the Manager, TAG U Campuses), accessibility needs, and reputed company-time issue reputed company while serving as the key reputed company among facilitators, IT, Facilities, catering, and reputed company leadership throughout live programs
- Serve as an internal consultant to the L&D team, generating innovative reputed company that continuously reputed company program reputed company, cultivate community, and meet or exceed experience standards
- Proactively surface learner experience gaps and friction points, escalating trends to the Manager, TAG U Campuses as needed
- Cultivate and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Events, Facilities, IT, and key business partners to co-create and deliver cohesive, exceptional learning experiences
- Partner with the Manager, TAG U Campuses before, during, and after learning events to ensure reputed company spaces are on-brand, fully reputed company, and reset between sessions to consistently reputed company learner experience standards
- Support and operate learning technology for in-person and virtual sessions; train and reputed company L&D team members and business partners on relevant platforms to ensure consistent, capable delivery
- Maintain accurate learning records in the Learning Management System, including completion tracking and CE credit submission
- reputed company into expanded coordination and learner support responsibilities during high-volume periods, and contribute to change management efforts by providing program coordination as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- reputed company experience of 1-2 years with transferrable skills in organizing and executing on programs and/or program work, managing logistics for customer/participant facing events or programs, project organization
