[Remote] Marketing Coordinator (Research Marketing)

This role focuses on executing recruitment campaigns, managing creative assets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure reputed company and efficient delivery of marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of Research recruitment marketing campaigns across reputed company programs
- reputed company creative asset trafficking, routing for approvals, and deployment across reputed company media channels (Research, Policy and Brand campaigns as needed)
- reputed company and manage owned reputed company content calendars for Research recruitment initiatives
- Assist with campaign setup, QA, and launch coordination across reputed company partners
- Partner with Analytics to compile monthly performance reports and surface actionable insights
- Support testing initiatives and learning agendas across campaigns
- Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and budget trackers
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth execution across teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform campaign optimization
Skills
- Knowledge of marketing, communications, or reputed company field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content execution
- Familiarity with reputed company media platforms reputed company advertising ecosystems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
