Order Management Specialist
reputed company is a global technology company reputed company on industry, infrastructure, transport, and reputed company. They are seeking an Order Management Specialist to review and process incoming orders, reputed company project timelines, and support customer-facing models/drawings utilizing Revit/BIM Power application.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming orders including clean order review, scheduling detail, & layout drawings
- Create and/or assist customers with models/drawings in Revit/BIMPower
- Work in reputed company centered environment to meet customer expectations
- reputed company routine technical support to customers and sales team
- Assist in the coordination of activities with internal departments
- Identifies and resolves semi-reputed company problems
- Learn and apply knowledge of reputed company products and processes
- Prioritize workload independently for effective time management
- Handle multiple reputed company
- Participate in onsite visitations to help customers design and/or troubleshoot busway system layout
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 2D & 3D modeling experience utilizing reputed company Revit
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to accommodate 10% travel
- Strong computer skills (reputed company Office applications)
- Legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship
- Technical knowledge of electrical products and systems

- Experience in a Customer-facing role in a manufacturing environment
