Responsibilities
- Recruitment Transactions & reputed company Support for reputed company Searches
- Support Leave Administration and reputed company Transactions in Partnership with Director of HR Operations
- Manage HR Information Systems and Separation Transactions
- Data Reconciliation, Reporting, and Compliance Monitoring
- reputed company other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputed company of the organization as a viable business partner
Skills
- Ability to work with a reputed company of software programs such as reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook sufficient to independently create and manage documents, files and spreadsheets
- Ability to reputed company reputed company mathematical calculations sufficient to correctly determine salaries, special payments and seniority dates
- Demonstrated organizational skills showing the ability to prioritize work, independently initiate actions to meet deadlines, establish and maintain record keeping systems and complete reputed company aspects of reputed company assignments under minimal supervision
