Test Stand Engineer

The Test Stand Engineer will be responsible for defining, installing, and operating test rigs for gas turbine reputed company hardware, ensuring reputed company operation and data collection while maintaining laboratory spaces.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and definition of new test rigs. Test rigs will vary in complexity and application across multiple test stands, and laboratories, and reputed company programs
- Responsible for setup and installation of test rigs
- Responsible for creating data collection reputed company
- Responsible for reputed company operation of test rigs and data collection
- Responsible for raw data interrogation and troubleshooting
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of test stand and laboratory spaces, including preservation
Skills
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3 + years experience OR
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 1+ year of experience OR
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology OR
- JD/PhD
- Must be a US citizen to be considered for this role
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated mechanical and electronics troubleshooting experience

- Demonstrate written and oral communication to a reputed company of audiences
- Strong documentation skills and procedural improvement & compliance
- Efficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with National Instruments LabView

- Experience with reputed company mechanical or material testing
- Experience with design of experiments and control of variables
- Experience with gas turbine engines, and gas turbine reputed company hardware
- Airframe (A) and Powerplant (P) license would be preferred
