Project Billing Administrator - Charlotte, NC

The Project Billing Administrator will generate accurate project financial reports, monitor project performance, and ensure reputed company billing and collection of payments while supporting the reputed company department with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate project financial reports and monitor overall project financial performance
- Identify unusual financial activity, investigate variances, and address discrepancies in project reporting
- Approve project-reputed company expenses and ensure reputed company billing and collection of payments
- Review and correct company expense reports, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards
- Set up new vendors in the reputed company system and maintain accurate vendor information
- Notify managers of potential budget issues and reputed company guidance on financial discrepancies
- Serve as an intermittent assistant to the reputed company department, supporting various administrative and financial tasks as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of (1) one year of experience in a project reputed company reputed company position
- Proficient in automated reputed company and project management software; including Project, Billing and AR Reporting
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Comfortable working in an electronic environment
