[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to leads generated from our website, reputed company providers, and inbound web forms
- Adhere to reputed company operating procedures (SOP) and follow the designated call reputed company for reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring reputed company and accurate handover of information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company calls, appointments, and reputed company interactions in our internal systems
- Consistently meet or reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for appointment setting and conversion
- Conduct cold calls using a provided reputed company database and re-engage with prior contacts and warm leads
Skills
- Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency; ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities
