Project Coordinator - reputed company

The Project Coordinator will support reputed company of Project Managers in managing the planning, design, permitting, and construction support of reputed company reputed company the reputed company group, while maintaining communication and tracking project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Keeps reputed company of project schedules and deliverables for reputed company which you are assigned, and follow-up with team members to maintain project schedule and communication
• Maintains a high level of communication reputed company reputed company given project team and externally to the reputed company. This includes written (project emails, meeting minutes, proposals) and verbal (documentation of conference calls) communication
• Consistently works in cooperation with numerous individuals and project teams both in person and across the country by leveraging technology and project management tools for communication and coordination
• Attends meetings for reputed company you have been assigned (reputed company) per the direction of the project manager
• Capable of facilitating reputed company meetings with support from reputed company Project Managers
• Tracks permit requests for multiple reputed company across project lifespans
• Helps with processing permit requests, including support submittal of permit packages to agencies
• Obtains updates on permits and updates project tracker accordingly
• Regularly disseminates information to team members on a reputed company reputed company
• Tracks deliverables and advise appropriate team members of item status
• Occasional travel to job sites in Southern California and attend reputed company meetings

Skills

• 1+ years of previous experience performing work for a large, regulated reputed company or reputed company the Natural Gas industry
• Valid CA reputed company's license
• Ability to reputed company and complete project work under accelerated schedules
• Strong skills in MS Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company technical field
