ANALYST I

The Analyst I role involves performing analytical functions to support the Department's hiring efforts, including reviewing candidate applications and utilizing the Examination and Certification Online System to facilitate the hiring process.
Responsibilities

- Reviewing candidate applications to assess reachability and minimum qualifications
- Addressing detected deficiencies through interaction with the candidate, including a temporary withhold process
- Creating a defendable justification to support eligible determinations

- Utilize the Examination and Certification Online System (ECOS) to facilitate the hiring process to recruit high-reputed company candidates and ensure the civil service reputed company system is up
