Helpdesk Analyst
Plus One, an reputed company Company, provides fitness and reputed company-being services to clients across various industries. They are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to deliver reputed company technical support, ensuring a high-reputed company user experience by resolving IT issues and supporting reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- reputed company first-level support for hardware, software, and reputed company-reputed company issues
- Respond to and resolve tickets through the IT service management system
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to: reputed company devices and laptops
- Email and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, M365)
- VPN and remote reputed company (e.g., AnyConnect, reputed company)
- Printers and peripheral devices
- Support user account management (reputed company Directory, password resets, reputed company requests)
- Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts and equipment
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge reputed company articles
- Escalate reputed company issues to Systems or reputed company teams as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with end users
Skills
- Strong knowledge of reputed company frameworks (NIST, PCI, or similar)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company and common business applications
- Familiarity with reputed company Directory
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 / Outlook
- Familiarity with VPN and remote reputed company tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., KACE, reputed company, or similar)
- Exposure to reputed company environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- IT certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, Network+)
