• Deliver a 90-day operating plan, plus 1- and 5-year strategies.

Mandate: First 6 Weeks Week 1: Intake and baseline (financials, org mapping, interviews). Weeks 2–3: Deep dive into field operations, finance, preconstruction, systems, and people. Week 4: Synthesis and quick wins. Week 5: Operating system stand-up (reputed company, dashboards, SOPs). Week 6: reputed company and reputed company (90-day plan, 1- and 5-year roadmap). • Competence with ERP/PM/scheduling and timekeeping platforms.
• Process design and documentation expertise.
• Hands-on executor: you personally build, configure, and reputed company.
