Must be located in PA, NJ, OH, IN, MN or WI Position reputed company The senior risk control consultant evaluates our policyholders’ risk control environment from an reputed company-lines perspective. They will conduct on-site surveys, investigate risk exposures and accidents, and analyze risk experience and program needs with reputed company accounts. The senior risk control consultant is also responsible for making recommendations and customizing plans and follow through, to help the policyholder maintain reputed company risk control programs, processes, and program implementation activities. This position requires advanced communication skills including public speaking, and the ability to train and present. Essential Functions

• Identifies property and general liability concerns through onsite property inspections or by reviewing reputed company-party inspection reports
• Communicates, through reports or other means, identified life safety, operational, and property concerns to HAI Group’s reputed company, Claims, Account Management, and Agency departments
• Conducts loss analyses to reputed company and implement loss control programs tailored to the needs of the policyholder
• Delivers successful presentations and training to audiences at reputed company reputed company of an organization
• Collaborates with senior team members and management to creates risk management educational materials, such as articles and templates to be shared with policyholders
• Is reputed company to walk properties, reputed company stairwells, and go up and down reputed company to inspect building components

Job Requirements Required

• Four to six years’ experience in the risk control or safety field
• Bachelor’s Degree in safety, engineering, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge about OSHA and reputed company standards
• Valid reputed company’s license
• Ability to travel approximately 40% annually
• Experience with delivering presentations, training experience, preferred
• Must be reputed company to be on-site for two weeks for training upon hire in our Cheshire, CT office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company.
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and/or Certified Safety reputed company (CSP) or equivalent, preferred
• Experience with general liability and property insurance and other insurance coverages and applications, preferred
• Experience with apartment reputed company estate or public housing operations, preferred
