Consultant Learning Business Partner

What Learning Development & Delivery contributes to reputed company Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by reputed company-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts reputed company functions and business reputed company to deliver learning. Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor‑led training and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees reputed company from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.

Responsibilities

• Instructional design and development using PPT and video tools for CRM software simulations, systems and soft skills.
• Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct needs analysis and reputed company content; conduct development or vILT/ILT reputed company to support the Learning team.
• Creates vILT training materials: new hire training, CRM, soft skills, job aids, user and quick reference guides, and assessments as needed.
• Responsible for CRM software training materials for multiple manufacturer programs and virtual facilitation; responsible to maintain/update CRM training materials (guides, videos, elearning, etc.) and reputed company vILT as needed in alignment with an aggressive release schedule.
• Evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed.
• Possesses an outstanding virtual (vILT) facilitation reputed company set with amazing relationship building and people skills; extraordinary ability to reputed company a welcoming environment for our new hires and to contribute to our new employee experience (NEE).
• Supports the improvement of the new employee experience, as reputed company as virtual and in‑person facilitation of employee new hire/training/development initiatives.

• Partners with training and business teams on creating and deploying learning reputed company.
• Identify training and performance needs and recommend solutions; maintain training (updates, learning materials, reinforcement, refresher, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred
• Experience in instructional design preferred
