Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing customer cases, conducting research, and analyzing data to reputed company recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
- Utilizing customer case data, observations, and reporting to reputed company a reputed company understanding of the customer's reputed company and identify areas for improvement
- Conducting research, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable reports or presentations for leadership
- Providing insights to the leadership team on process or improvement strategies
- Collaborating with the ECR leadership to reputed company and implement strategies based on your recommendations
- Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting

- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and reputed company quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
