Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Exemplifying arenaflex's reputed company Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture

• Responding to reputed company requests and questions as directed
• Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders
• Managing flight changes and seat assignments
