Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company attitude toward customers at reputed company times, even in high-pressure situations
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether reputed company phone, email, chat, or reputed company media
• Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
