As a Customer Support Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of customer support representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to reputed company exceptional service to our customers. You'll also be responsible for:

• Interfacing with other departments to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
