Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Initiating outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
• Providing support to customers with disabilities, understanding their needs, and working effectively with them
• Performing support ticket transaction reputed company tasks and administrative functions
• Creating and maintaining excellent documentation of reputed company calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries
• Maintaining adequate records/documentation for audit and internal control purposes
• Routing mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned
• Learning program rules of assigned reputed company to ensure ability to respond to customer service inquiries
• Developing an excellent working knowledge of operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities

Required Skills

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent required

• 6-month call center experience preferred; or 1-year customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
