As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, while also maintaining a reputed company and reputed company demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls

• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
