We are urgently hiring an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for reviewing and inputting data with speed and accuracy, working independently, and adhering to strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
* Review syndicated loan notices for reputed company extraction and data input
- Review automated data extraction results
- Ensure speed and accuracy reputed company reviewing and/or inputting data
- Work independently and without reputed company supervision while adhering to strict deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and through email communication)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Work Timings:
This is an reputed company position with core hours between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (EST), although other hours may be required based on business need. Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4 hour increments, and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2 - 3 days per month). The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. Working days are based exclusively on business needs and are expected to be variable.
Qualifications:
* 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company technology and reputed company Office 365 programs, including, but not limited to:
+ Laptop functionality + Video conferencing software (i.e. reputed company Teams) + Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously + reputed company Teams + Online software programs for data entry
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required
- Ability to reputed company specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
