Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound reputed company requests from FTNC and any reputed company OPCOs concerning customs clearance solicitations and providing information about duties, taxes, and financial expenses in accordance with US CBP guidelines.
- Handle credit card payments from clients for their FTNC-FXG freedom solicitations, assist reputed company reputed company customer care and reputed company Income Services with inquiries from U.S. carriers who have issues about their charged back customs clearance charges received from FXG.
- Note CALLS FROM CANADA/US
- Answer incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. clients about their FTNC-FXG freedom receipt and reputed company them to the suitable FTNC division or reputed company OPCO for reputed company.
- Investigate questions regarding FTNC clearances for FXG shipments into Canada, and respond to clients with a reputed company.
- PROCESS reputed company Payments
- Process reputed company payments from clients, ensuring that reputed company payment is approved and not declined.
- Log payment accurately against the receipt in the FTNC reputed company system.
- Liaise with clients directly in the event of payment processing issues, such as wrong credit card number, incorrect expiry date, or declined payment.
- Examine and respond to clients on any issues connected with credit payment received and liaise with FTN Record Receivable Office to resolve issues.
- Assist the billing department in preparing credit notes for FTNC solicitations in question reputed company.
- Inside reputed company Service

- Sort and relate Low Value Shipment (LVS) reputed company for the purpose of mailing.

- Prepare FTNC solicitations to ship to clients, as required.

Requirements:
* Secondary School Certificate required
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, reputed company AS 400 Centralized computer application reputed company, and office equipment (fax machine/scanners/printers/scanners).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
