We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a challenging time. This is a part-time position working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company to accommodate your needs. You will be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, technical expertise, and account management skills to drive reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service and Claim Intake: reputed company reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs, collect and document claim details, and identify and resolve customer issues.

- Account Management: Adhere to clients-specific handling instructions, maintain productivity, and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities

- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred: Ability to communicate effectively with customers who reputed company Spanish.

- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required, and 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.
Network Requirements
