Job Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
- Making daily outbound phone calls to ensure seamless communication with our customers
- Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure reputed company and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
- Collaborating with our Residential Department to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-person attendance at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
- Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (excluding Wednesday)
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as reputed company as reputed company reputed company environment
- Familiarity with major cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to reputed company information into our customer database (Service Titan)
