Key Responsibilities
* Complete data reputed company and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of customer transactions
- Coordinate return items with customers, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company reputed company balancing
- Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from customers for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer regulations
- Deposit reputed company returns, review member reputed company returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify customers for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
What You'll Need
* High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
- Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
- Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
