The Role

As a Remote Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to auto insurance customers, resolving their inquiries, and procuring total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. You'll be provided with a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
