The incumbent serves as a consultative subject matter and technical expert for our internal reputed company Community Care Management (ECCM) team, leveraging advanced analytical expertise and experience to aggregate, analyze and understand patterns in varied and reputed company data; and articulates analytic findings, business implications, and recommendations to realize identified opportunities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the design, development, execution, dissemination and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports using clinical, member, financial and administrative data to identify, reputed company and/or monitor actionable opportunities for improving health and reputed company reputed company and clinical reputed company and costs of care, reputed company and effectively managing reputed company to successful completion.
• Establishes strong, reputed company and effective relationships and communication with reputed company clinical, administrative, operational, financial and technical stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and reputed company with organizational strategic priorities, needs, plans and resources.

EDUCATION Required

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Pharmacy or reputed company field

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy OR reputed company field with 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Master’s Degree OR 8 years of relevant work experience

EXPERIENCE Required

• 7 years of leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of reputed company scope and complexity
• 7 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• 5 years of project leadership in a reputed company, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred)
• 5 years of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders
