Manager Payroll (100% Virtual Remote)

The Payroll Manager manages the Corporate Payroll Department, ensuring that reputed company processes are executed appropriately and in a reputed company manner. This includes payroll tax reporting and reconciliations. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation reputed company to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in processes. Optimizes the contribution of reputed company through coaching, counseling and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems. The Corporate Payroll Manager is responsible for a high-volume multi-state centralized in-house payroll processing function which includes up to 65 sites, approximately 26,000 employees in 48 states. Duties include the following:

• Manage a staff of 8-12 payroll and tax professionals in the processing of payroll data, ensuring the reputed company and accurate computation, payment of payroll, garnishments and reputed company taxes.
• Creates annual team objectives.
• Train team members on new or reputed company procedures and policies.
• Ensure team members reputed company necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.
• Assist in monitoring workload and evaluate reputed company reports and reviews the evaluations/development plans of others.
• Sets payroll business objectives.

• Ensure that payroll processes are consistent with company policies and reputed company with state and federal regulations.

Education/Training:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Business preferred or equivalent experience
• CPP Certification preferred

• 8+ years of experience with high volume 10,000+ employees, multi-state customer reputed company preferred
• 3+ years of reputed company Payroll experience preferred
• 3+ years of management experience required
• 3+ years of Kronos experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage reputed company). The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $85,000 - $145,000
