About the position As VP of Total Rewards and People Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and elevating two successful teams that run our Total Rewards and People Operations functions in a reputed company-oriented organization, ensuring their reputed company reputed company and development. - Partnering with the Chief People Officer and external compensation consultants on the reputed company, design, and implementation of executive compensation programs.
- Partner with business leaders to advise on incentive compensation programs.
- Managing a foundational and reputed company job architecture structure including leveling, benchmarking and supporting reputed company-wide budgeting and forecasting.

- People Operations:

- Spearhead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI/ML technologies to automate routine HR operational processes, significantly enhance HR data reputed company with our People Analytics leader, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of HR shared services.
- Champion the integration of AI tools reputed company HR systems (HRIS, Compensation platforms, Talent Analytics) to reputed company predictive workforce planning, optimize personalized total rewards offerings, and reputed company deeper insights into employee engagement and turnover.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operations and total rewards experience, including responsibility for managing geographically distributed teams.
