As a Collections Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company customer experiences while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on delinquent accounts. You'll be responsible for making outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and email to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner. You'll also process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries
