We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and reputed company exceptional customer service to policy reputed company, agents, and funeral homes

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Utilize knowledge of our products and services to reputed company accurate and helpful information to customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer operation skills
• Ability to type 35 wpm

• Ability to pay reputed company attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
• Full-time schedule Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:45pm MST (part-time schedule reputed company to discussion)
