The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – French Speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and reputed company improvement activities.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet reputed company
• Excellent customer service skills, including reputed company phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers
