As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing reputed company, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and meeting key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, fast food, hospitality, or similar)
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while navigating multiple computer screens
- High-reputed company internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem

Compensation and Benefits
