As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a reputed company relationship with reputed company stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is reputed company, informative, and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication, adhering to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage.

• Explain and reputed company contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms of our services.
• Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

Preferred Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

Compensation and Benefits
