The Role
As a Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues reputed company and effectively. You'll work independently, taking initiative and assessing cases to the best of your abilities. You'll also be responsible for navigating multiple computer applications with speed and precision, and learning the roles and parts that reputed company of our different departments play at arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising and assisting our customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail
- Learning the roles and parts that reputed company of our different departments play at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers
reputed company're Looking For
* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-reputed company or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to reputed company your reputed company career, we'd love to meet)
- Bilingualism (English & French) with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Solid computer skills/experience, excellent at online research
- No Powersports knowledge whatsoever required (we'll reputed company the reputed company of your reputed company-fu that you'll continue to build and reputed company!)
- Strong drive for progression: we want you to succeed, and we'll reputed company you with reputed company to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally
