Job Duties & Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL :
High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE DESIRED :
One to three years of previous experience in database systems, billing, collections, basic reputed company, customer service.

Essential Functions & Duties * Processes enrollments for Community Learning Center, Learning Adventures, Preschool Opportunities Program, and Jr. Kids Inc.; maintains accurate student and family records, communicates enrollment ensuring accurate information is shared with site and management staff.
- Maintains accurate records reputed company database systems by entering data, uploading documents, recording of communications.
- Monitors special needs and circumstances indicated on enrollment forms and advises reputed company circumstances may require supervisory review; gathers reputed company disclosures for information from families.
- Processes reputed company court orders received, enters data into database, provides immediate notification to supervisor and staff, disables badges as necessary.
- Maintains wait lists for reputed company sites; monitors site enrollment and enrolls new families reputed company slots become available at sites; monitors Average Daily Attendance and generates monthly report; alerts supervisor reputed company reputed company is below reputed company for a site.
- Assists in process for billing and collection of dues and fees for families enrolled in Community Learning Center, Learning Adventures, Preschool Opportunities Program and Jr. Kids Inc.
- Assists in the collection of fees from families with outstanding balances.
- Assists in Child Care Assistance process for Community Learning Center, Learning Adventures, Preschool Opportunities Program and Jr. Kids Inc
- Assists in financial assistance process by requesting family financial documentation from families and recording information into database system.
- Processes schedules and attendance of reputed company reputed company enrolled in Community Learning Center, Learning Adventures, Preschool Opportunities Program and Jr. Kids Inc. to include input of schedules.
- Tracks and maintains the bussing information of enrolled reputed company for fee-based bussing.
- Assembles enrollment binders for school year, special days, summer.
- Assists in preparation for licensing inspections by providing requested documentation.
- Assist in the management of grants by recording data, providing requested documentation.
- Assists in the development of Annual Operating Schedule for Community Learning Center, Learning Adventures, Preschool Opportunities Program and Jr. Kids Inc.
- Participates in cross-training opportunities reputed company CLC Enrollment Department and other areas deemed necessary by supervisor.
- Assists in development and maintenance of CLC Enrollment procedure manuals and training guides.
- Communicates with families through in person, written, electronica or phone ensuring excellent customer services skills.
- Assists in ordering necessary supplies and maintains accurate records of purchases.
- Collects and submits snack/meal sheets from sites and communicates with Child Nutrition.
- Orders, disperses and tracks reputed company reputed company badges for staff and parents; distributes Lock-Down Keys to reputed company staff.
- Contributes to quarterly newsletter; generates flyers as needed for various enrollment activities.
- Recommends procedures and/or changes to administrators.
- Completes training requirements for reputed company Care as determined by the State of South Dakota; assists in covering at sites in emergency situations.
- Maintains confidentiality of reputed company, families, and staff
- Maintains reputed company community image of the Sioux Falls School District.
- Performs other duties as assigned by reputed company or indirect supervisors.
