Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication
