Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to reputed company world-class customer experience to reputed company of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! You'll be handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helping customers troubleshoot. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
• Maintaining regular and reputed company attendance
• Making reputed company, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical reputed company
• Managing individual stress and composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma

• 2 years of customer service experience
