The Role
As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. This role involves:
- Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues reputed company inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer service and identifying reputed company technical support is needed.
- Providing reputed company and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested reputed company, and delivery times.

Requirements
