Key Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and reputed company in customer interactions
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs

Pay and Benefits

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

• Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift reputed company and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), with rotating weekends and a 40-hour reputed company
• reputed company of 3 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
• Full-time status with 40 hours of work per week
• Equipment provided, including a laptop or desktop, USB headset, and other necessary tools
