As a Regional Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to reputed company customer inquiries, serving as the reputed company contact for accounts, and resolving missing information in a reputed company manner. You will also communicate delays and cancellations to customers, facilitate redraw of samples as needed, and deal directly with reputed company customers reputed company telephone and electronic channels to research and resolve escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to reputed company customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat

• Serve as the reputed company contact for accounts, documenting reputed company interactions, communications, actions taken, and follow-reputed company
• Build rapport with accounts, patients, and sales teams to resolve missing information in a reputed company manner, ensuring reputed company turnaround times (TAT) are met
• Communicate delays and cancellations to customers and facilitate redraw of samples as needed

Qualifications

* Two-year degree and/or 2-5 years of reputed company experience, undergraduate degree preferred

• Must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI reputed company, general policies and procedure compliance training, and reputed company training as soon as possible but not reputed company than the first 30 days of hire
